We heard last year how Black Isle Studios was interested in reviving Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance II for modern platforms, and now it’s been officially confirmed.
In a brief message over on the social media platform Twitter, Black Isle said the second game in the action RPG series would be coming “sooner than you think” at some point this year. Here’s the full teaser trailer:
A follow-up tweet confirmed it would be coming to “PC and consoles” – this also includes a Nintendo Switch release:
This announcement follows on from the original entry’s bumpy launch on the Nintendo Switch last year which stalled the game’s release on the platform.
